Work

The Commons XR

The Commons XR is a web-based product developed in Unity, integrating web design and server connectivity. It includes defining user types, roles, and characteristics, along with implementing a resource allocation tool for instructors to manage assets across locations. Leveraging Microsoft Azure and SQL, dynamic data access was established to enable seamless extraction of user information. Additionally, asset management was optimized by converting objects into Asset Bundles, resulting in faster loading times.

We the Poll

We the Poll is a polling app made using React with PHP and SQL, where users can create accounts, verify their email, log in, and reset forgotten passwords through email links. The app lets users vote on polls with two options, predict which option will win, and view results once the poll ends, with the backend tracking votes and participation. Each user has a profile that stores their details, voting statistics, and prediction history, and they can also create and submit their own poll questions.

Pothole Killers

Pothole Killers is a top-down endless driver/shooter game developed and published for Android platforms by a team of four using Unity and C#. As the lead programmer, key contributions include implementing a custom menu manager for responsive UI navigation, optimizing gameplay with a level manager that increased challenge through escalating speed, and integrating features such as achievements, leaderboards, ads, and in-app purchases using Google Play Games and AdMob to enhance player engagement.

Lost in Translation

Lost in Translation is an action-RPG developed in Unreal Engine 4, set in a small town map with interactable NPCs. It features a shop system for purchasing cards and items, game save slots, unique battle cards with special effects for a straightforward battle system, which includes a level-up system.

My Projects

MixMaster DJ Turntable

MixMaster DJ Turntable is a music player app for Android. Developed using Unity, as the sole developer, I scripted file browsing, music cues, and playlists. I also worked on a secure login system and comment section, integrated using PHP and SQL to connect and retrive data from a database server, fostering communication and feedback exchange among users.

Extremophile

You play as an extremophile fungus that thrives on radioactive material. After seeing a mushroom cloud in the distance, you make a pilgrimage towards the source. Use momentum, spores, and taking root into the environment to make your way through the hazards. Arrow keys to move. "X" to shoot a spore into highly radioactive surfaces.

Sound Mixer DJ

Sound Mixer DJ is a music player app made in Adobe Animate and AS3 for Android. As the programmer, I integrated file browsing, sound cue mixing, and a search function for users to find their favorite latino songs. This app connects to a SQL database server using PHP in conjunction with HTML to access its songs.
